New Hampshire Family Service Agencies

One 4 All Center: (Claremont) The mission of the One-4-All Family Space is to  improve the lives of the children in Claremont by providing access to a free,  inclusive age appropriate environment that gives them the opportunity to play, learn and develop critical social emotional skills while also providing families with parenting skills through mentoring and classes as well as referrals to essential resources and  access to free clothing and school supplies.

Child and Family Services: Statewide programs and services for children and families.

Good Beginnings of the Upper Valley: Visits and free of charge help with day-to-day tasks for families with new babies.

NH Child Advocacy Centers: Supporting child abuse prevention.

Southwestern Community Services: Information about access to services in Southwestern New Hampshire for Headstart, WIC and substance abuse services.

Planned Parenthood: Free family planning services and health care services for women, men and teens.

TLC Family Resource Center: (Claremont) Covering Sullivan and Lower Grafton counties.

Medical Resources

Hospitals

Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital: In Lebanon, NH.  Provides primary care, internal medicine, outpatient therapy, and geriatric care.

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center: Hospital network including Children’s Hospital and services for opioid addiction with affiliate hospitals in Lebanon, Keene, and New London, NH, and Windsor, VT.

New London Hospital: Part of Dartmouth Hitchcock system.  Includes the Wellness Connection focusing on improving healthy eating, stress reduction, and active living among all residents of the Lake Sunapee area.

Valley Regional Hospital: In Claremont area providing in- and outpatient services including diabetes self care and occupational health services.

Sojourns Community Health Care: The mission is to inspire and model possibility and change in healthcare.

Mount Ascutney Pediatrics: Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center’s Pediatrics Department offers well-child exams and a complete range of preventative and acute care services for infants through adolescents in a nurturing and supportive setting.

Rockingham Medical Group: Rockingham Medical Group’s on-site services include primary and preventive care, internal medicine, pediatrics, outpatient mental health counseling, minor skin surgeries, obstetrics & gynecology and women’s health services, hypnotherapy, physical therapy and planned diabetic visits. For your convenience, lab and x-ray services are also available on site Monday through Friday.

Women’s Health Resource Center: Located at Dartmouth Hitchcock Memorial Hospital. Educators are available to answer your questions about childbirth preparation, postpartum care, and breastfeeding issues. They can help you find resources in our lending library, our classes and support groups, our on-site boutique, and the community.

4H Program: Statewide program with wide range of programs and services including parenting support and support for families in difficult times.

Friends Program: Provides emergency housing in Concord, NH and other services including foster grandparent services to children in Belknap, Carroll, Cheshire, Grafton, Hillsborough, Merrimack, Rockingham, Strafford, and Sullivan Counties.
