Parents and Caregivers

TLC Family Resource Center we support and strengthen all families, children, and youth in Sullivan and Lower Grafton counties with a wide-range of free programs, support groups, and education. We provide respectful and non-judgmental services to assist families to meet their needs, make loving connections, and raise their children of any age for success.
Services include home visiting for pregnant women and new parents for up to three years; screenings for depression and child development; support and services for families with children of all ages facing adverse circumstances; lactation support; and referrals for assistance with drug misuse, domestic violence and other stressors in families.
