Recovery Coach Academy

The Center for Recovery Resources, along with ALL Together and The Greater Sullivan County Public Health Network, is offering free recovery coach training. This is a five-day training, Monday, Aug. 13 to Friday, Aug. 17, from 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The training will take place at The Center for Recovery Resources, 1 Pleasant St. Suite 104 in Claremont, NH. Participants must attend all five days for certification. Supporting Pregnant and Postpartum Women to Quit Tobacco - Link
Services like home visiting, lactation services, and 1-800-QUIT-NOW not only offer critical services to help your patients have a healthy and happy pregnancy, but they also provide your patients the extra boost and reinforcement to quit using tobacco. In this module, you will hear from a variety of New Hampshire providers who work with women who use tobacco before, during and after their pregnancy. They will share their insight and experience in how they motivate women to consider quitting and support them along the way with their challenges.
