Home Visiting services are available to pregnant moms, and to families with individuals up to 21 years old. They may take place in the convenience of the home, TLC's office, in the community, or via Zoom. Home Visiting Services help parents develop the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to raise a healthy and happy child and may focus on:
