TLC’s Youth Programs help youth and their families develop the skills and knowledge youth need to stay healthy and safe. Our programs are generally for people aged 12-19, or up to 21 if pregnant or parenting.

The Youth Leadership Club is a group of Claremont youth (ages 11-13) who are interested in growing their leadership skills and helping their community in partnership with CMS’s Project Red & Blue.
