TLC Family Resource Center seeks an Administrative Assistant who enjoys interacting with people and using technology to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This position is responsible for greeting customers, answering the phone and providing general administrative support to the organization including tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, scanning and mailing. This is a full-time position, 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday, in-person at TLC's office in Claremont, NH.

- Greets and assists visitors with professionalism and respect
- Answers and screens phone and company email
- Accepts deliveries, sorts and distributes mail and packages
- Sorts and distributes concrete supports to clients such as diapers, food, etc.
- Assists clients with enrolling in workshops and classes or completing agency forms
- Provides basic resource navigation and support connecting to other agencies
- Inventories and orders office supplies following purchase order process
- Schedules, prepares, and breaks down meeting spaces for staff and partners
- Manages and tracks Chromebook Lending LibrarY
- Assists staff and managers with office tasks including filing, scanning, copying, etc.
- Prepares materials for outreach and programs including binders, flyers, etc.
- Edits and formats documents including letters, reports, and newsletters
- Accurately completes data entry tasks in various databases or Excel worksheets
- Accurately enters referral data into Apricot database in timely manner
- Participates in trainings with staff to learn about programs
- Participates in trainings on various tools that will support job tasks
- Participates in required team trainings for professional development
- Participates in supervision and self-evaluation
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with various computer programs such as MS Office Suite and Office365
- Commitment to learning new things and double-checking work for accuracy
- Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and practice healthy boundaries with staff and visitors
- Work independently while being an exceptional team member
