Youth programs

TLC is committed to supporting the optimal health and development of youth.  We partner with youth-serving agencies to provide health classes to people ages 14-19 years old or up to 21 if pregnant or parenting. 

shine: A free inclusive
​program for teens

Shine is a free inclusive program that enables teens to:
- Build effective communication & negotiation skills.
- Find medically accurate & age-appropriate information about sexual health for all identities. 
- Learn about safe methods to prevent STIs & pregnancy.
- Discover the benefits of delaying or postponing sexual activity.
