Individual SUpports

In recognizing that addiction exists far beyond substance use disorders and chemical dependencies, we aim to support all pathways to recovery from all forms of addiction through peer-to-peer relationships and community building.

Peer Recovery Support

Peer recovery support provides a strength-based approach to a person’s recovery journey. Participants receiving peer recovery support are assisted with developing a comprehensive recovery plan designed to help achieve desired goals, consistent individual peer-to-peer support, and assistance in connecting to other supportive resources in the area.

Telephone Recovery Support

This free program offers additional recovery support people in recovery from alcohol and/or drug addiction.  Our trained volunteers provide weekly “check-in” calls to provide support, encouragement, and information about recovery resources.  TRS helps reduce relapse and enhances the recovery experience.

Medically Assisted Peer Support

Medically Assisted Peer Support is a six-month program that assists those using medically assisted treatment (MAT). We work with participants to develop a goal-based recovery plan and provide weekly peer-to-peer support. We even give cash incentives to help during the recovery journey.

Collaborative Outpatient Services (COS)

COS supports individuals by establishing solid foundations for sustainable recovery. Participants will build their social capital with group support, counseling, and recovery coaching during the initial stages of their recovery process.

IMPACTED BY A LOVED ONe's ADDICTION?

Recovery Coaches are available to meet with support people who are impacted by having someone in their family circle who is in recovery from substance use and addiction-related issues.
