Individual SUpports

In recognizing that addiction exists far beyond substance use disorders and chemical dependencies, we aim to support all pathways to recovery from all forms of addiction through peer-to-peer relationships and community building.

Peer Recovery Support

Peer recovery support provides a strength-based approach to a person’s recovery journey. Participants receiving peer recovery support are assisted with developing a comprehensive recovery plan designed to help achieve desired goals, consistent individual peer-to-peer support, and assistance in connecting to other supportive resources in the area.

Telephone Recovery Support

This free program offers additional recovery support people in recovery from alcohol and/or drug addiction.  Our trained volunteers provide weekly “check-in” calls to provide support, encouragement, and information about recovery resources.  TRS helps reduce relapse and enhances the recovery experience.

resource navigation

TLC understands that the more support and resources a person has, the better the chance of success. Because of this, TLC has embedded Resource Navigation Specialists whose specialty is connecting those in need to the proper resources. These resources have been achieved by establishing connections with local entities such as treatment centers, businesses, support groups and networks, employers, housing, transportation, and food. Resource Navigations Specialists are readily available during our center's drop-in area to meet individuals where they are at and assist them with moving forward towards a better life.

Collaborative Outpatient Services (COS)

COS supports individuals by establishing solid foundations for sustainable recovery. Participants will build their social capital with group support, counseling, and recovery coaching during the initial stages of their recovery process.

IMPACTED BY A LOVED ONe's ADDICTION?

Recovery Support Specialists are available to meet with support people who are impacted by having someone in their family circle who is in recovery or struggling with substance use and addiction-related issues.
