Youth programs

TLC is committed to supporting the optimal health and development of youth.  We partner with youth-serving agencies to provide health classes to people ages 14-19 years old or up to 21 if pregnant or parenting. 

shine: A free inclusive
​program for teens

Shine is a free inclusive program that enables teens to:

• Access comprehensive sexuality education
• Learn about their bodies and how they work
• Know that they have the power to keep their body and other people's bodies healthy
• Practice the skills they need to engage in healthy relationships throughout their lives
• Access honest and medically accurate answers to their questions.
